I’m Sarah, a therapist, coach, and founder of Well of Being. More than that, I’m a fellow human being who understands how overwhelming life can sometimes feel.
Through my years of experience—both personally and professionally—I have seen incredible transformations when people reconnect with their inner wisdom. I work from a compassionate, evidence-based approach that includes ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), and Compassion-Focused Therapy. My approach helps people cultivate greater calm, clarity, and emotional freedom—even in the midst of life’s challenges.
We often believe that life must change externally for us to feel better. But true change happens from within. The way we experience the world is shaped by our thoughts and feelings in each moment. When we learn to relate differently to these experiences, rather than trying to control or resist them, we create space for greater peace of mind.
